Tobin Marcus

Tobin Marcus joined Wolfe Research as a Director, with a focus on US Policy & Politics. He is an Institutional Investor-ranked Washington Research analyst, ranking #3 overall in the most recent poll. Tobin often appears on CNN, CNBC, and other media outlets, bringing over a decade of experience in policy analysis, policy development, and political strategy in both the public and private sectors. He served for five years in the Obama-Biden administration, most recently as then-Vice President Biden’s economic policy advisor. He also served as the top policy staffer for the vice president on the 2012 reelection campaign. Prior to joining Wolfe, Tobin worked at Evercore ISI and Benenson Strategy Group.

He graduated from Brown University, where he earned a degree in physics and political science.
