Today, our programming has expanded to include in-person discussions and events. Events
Fall & Spring
Wolfe’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee hosts a virtual monthly event for university students interested in learning more about equity research and the financial services industry. The goal is to educate young people from diverse backgrounds. The Student Speaker Series is held in the Fall and Spring semesters.
Who should attend? Open to all undergraduate students.
Winter
Every January, Wolfe hosts a Winter Break Onsite at the Wolfe HQ for students who want to learn more about undergraduate students to gain insight into the world of sell-side Equity Research and learn more about Wolfe. Students have the opportunity to observe a typical morning at Wolfe and network with our management team and employees across the firm.
Who should attend? Open to undergraduate students – by invitation only.
Spring
Wolfe Ascend is a virtual Early Insights Program intended to provide students from underrepresented backgrounds in finance exposure to Wolfe & the investment industry through a series of professional development courses, financial trainings, and networking opportunities. Throughout the program, participants will learn how to evaluate and pitch a stock and enjoy 1:1 mentorship with a Wolfe Research Associate.
Who should apply? Current Sophomores and Seniors.
Summer
The Wolfe Research Summer Internship is a 10-week program designed to provide interns with hands-on experience as a contributing member of a fundamental Equity Research or Sales team. Wolfe interns will enjoy extensive contact and mentorship from top-ranked Research Analysts and participate in weekly trainings and speaker sessions from industry experts.
Who should apply? Open to all undergraduate students.
Student Speaker Series
Since 2020, Wolfe Research’s Diversity & Inclusion Hiring Sub Committee has hosted monthly virtual events aimed at educating university students about finance, investing, and equity research. These sessions are designed to reach students from diverse backgrounds, including those at historically black, women’s colleges, and liberal arts schools that may have less exposure to traditional business education.
